Should your item turn up damaged we have a 14 day return policy (30 days international sales). items must be returned with the original packaging and with any associated tags in an unused condition and compleatly intact. Any items that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted sorry.
Items which have clearly been worn or used will not be eligibe for and refunds.
you are responsible for the cost of returning goods intented for refund or exchange. all goods returned we surgest the use of a tracked postal service.
exchanging items due to order picking error due to sizing is no problem, in this event we will cover all postage costs, however if the error was made by yourself then you will be covering the return costs and the cost of shipping out the new item.
new items can't be shipped without first recieving the inncorrect item back.
